02How we work
- Small team, direct ownership. You take a problem end to end: design, build, deploy, operate.
- Plain stacks chosen for longevity: Node, vanilla web, Linux, nginx, WireGuard. Few dependencies, fewer surprises.
- Remote-first within the UK, with occasional meetups around Phytoventures events.
- Security is part of the job, not a separate department.
